'History in Flight' aimed to capture the essence of each era of terrestrial flight through a simple visual language. I illustrated & designed this promotional poster. Each of the planes are illustrated to be mid-flight, with a trail following them to help the viewer get an indication of how these aircraft might operate or appear. The placement of the planes on the poster corresponds to the different ages of aviation, from the older Wright Fliers to sleek Predator Drones of today; all of which are located as part of the museum's collection.
